The Teddy Bear Massacre

I just got off the phone with my brother, Bob (although I call him Robert Wayne). He was "on the road again" -- you know the song. Headed to a town in Kentucky. Anyway, it was so nice talking to him. I wasn't in a hurry and he must have been okay on his minutes, so all was well.

We were talking and he was driving through Florence, Kentucky. All of a sudden he says "There's a massacre of teddy bears! They're everywhere!" I'm thinking "huh?" Then he told me a box full of teddy bears had fallen off the back of a truck and were now scattered over the four South bound lanes of I-75. Then he saw the truck pulled over from which they had fallen. I asked him if the guy was going to try to get them. But it was too late...they were all dead.

:::moment of silence:::

Now there will be about 20 less people in Kentucky who will receive brown teddy bears with red ribbons for Valentine's Day! (Sorry Freda...it could've been you!)
