My Birthday!

Finally, at age 10 1/2, Ben has decided he likes Chinese food! Thank goodness!!!!

Beth just loves having pictures taken of herself while she's eating!

But, then again, so does Teresa...NOT!

Neal now agrees with me...International Buffet has the BEST Chinese buffet around!

This is a bit blurry because I couldn't stop laughing. It's hard to see, but Neal was at the buffet pretending to pick his nose...now what kind of example is that?!!!

After lunch, we went to see Prince Caspian! LOVED IT!!!

For supper, we went to my in-laws. We had salad and pizza. Beth made me my favorite cake: German Chocolate! Thanks, Beth...you did a great job!

Isn't it pretty?

Here's a blurry pic of me blowing out the candles.

I've started collecting Willow Tree figurines. My sister-in-law, Janet, gave me this one for my birthday -- Courage! I found it very fitting after our experience these past couple of months! Thanks, Janet!

I had a wonderful 42nd birthday! Thanks for all the cards and birthday wishes!

That birthday looks just about perfect! Next time I visit, we are going to the buffet - Chinese is my favorite - it took me 35 years to realize it. Ben's way ahead - think how much more MSG he can ingest than I got too.

Looks like a fun birthday! Now you are officially older than me...for a few more weeks anyway! :o) I'm glad to hear the movie was good...we probably won't see it until it comes out on video...that's just our life right now. I don't think our kids could sit still and more importantly be quiet through a 90+ minute movie.

Neal's fresh spinach and strawberry salad looked yummy! :o) Glad to hear his coumadin level was better.
